August 30th Grilling Class with Staci Joers
Grilling has become a national pastime, yet many of us do not go beyond the hot dog, brat, or chicken breast. The Friends are offering an outdoor grilling class that will take you to the next grilling level. Join Staci Joers in Lions Legend Park on August 30th from 6 to 8 p.m. to get the latest and greatest BBQ and grilling tips. She will be working with gas and charcoal grills and will discuss direct versus indirect grilling. Taste Grilled Quesadillas, Pizza Dough Breadsticks, Marinated Asparagus, Grilled Raw Fries, Bacon-wrapped Gorgonzolla Stuffed Fillets, and Grilled Pizza. The cost is $18.
